Enrollment Process

At The Nature School, enrollment marks the beginning of your family’s journey with our community. We view this as a partnership, ensuring each child’s transition is thoughtful, supportive, and rooted in Montessori principles of respect and independence.

Upon Acceptance

Families offered admission will receive:

  • A Welcome Letter from our Head of School

  • An Enrollment Packet (via FACTS) with required forms and next steps

What’s Required to Finalize Enrollment

  1. Enrollment Forms – Complete all enrollment documents in FACTS.

  2. Medical Forms – Submit required medical and immunization records for your child.

  3. Enrollment Fee – Submit the one-time enrollment fee ($800 for new students; $400 for re-enrollment).

  4. Tuition Plan Setup – Select your preferred payment plan (annual, semi-annual, or monthly) through FACTS.

Transition & Onboarding

  • Inskolning (Gradual Transition): Before the first full day, children and families are welcomed into the classroom through a gentle, phased introduction. This allows the child to build trust, confidence, and comfort in their new environment.

  • Guide Partnership: Your child’s Montessori guide will communicate the start date and onboarding schedule, working closely with your family to ensure a smooth adjustment.
